How to delete a med:
1. Navigate to the meds section by tapping the "Meds" button in the bottom menu.
2. Press the "+" button.
3. In the popup menu tap "Edit a med".
4. Tap the purple trash can icon.
5. Then press "Yes, delete the medication".
